Jag har ocks\u00e5 som astronom haft ett stort intresse f\u00f6r den forskning som NASA genomf\u00f6rt inf\u00f6r de l\u00e5nga rymdf\u00e4rder som m\u00e4nskligheten kommer att f\u00f6reta sig inom n\u00e5got \u00e5rhundrade.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<strong>Dyrt?<br \/><\/strong>Jag har ocks\u00e5 f\u00e5tt ett och annat v\u00e4lvilligt mothugg d\u00e4r det talats om att det \u00e4r billigare att k\u00f6pa fler vita lampor \u00e4n de \u00f6verskattade r\u00f6dbl\u00e5a lamporna.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nMycket riktigt \u00e4r det det p\u00e5 kort sikt, men med tanke p\u00e5 att snittl\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 en normal LED-belysning idag \u00e4r runt 20 &#8211; 50 000 timmar och de under alla dessa timmar drar str\u00f6m, s\u00e5 kommer det visa sig i l\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 elr\u00e4kningen att de bl\u00e5 och r\u00f6da lamporna \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\r\n<h3><\/h3>\r\n<p><strong>I teorin ja&#8230;<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Vi gjorde ett sp\u00e4nnande experiment p\u00e5 jobbet (Astro Sweden och Alega Skolmateriel) d\u00e4r temat var fotosyntes.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized is-style-rounded\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7276\" src=\"https:\/\/unikbotanik.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_2767-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"379\" height=\"284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unikbotanik.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_2767-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/unikbotanik.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_2767-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/unikbotanik.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_2767-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/unikbotanik.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_2767-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/unikbotanik.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_2767-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/unikbotanik.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_2767-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/unikbotanik.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/IMG_2767-500x375.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 379px) 100vw, 379px\" \/>\r\n<figcaption>I experimentet hade jag ingen riktigt bra vit diodbelysning, men ikeabelysningen som \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkt med r\u00f6tt ljus f\u00e5r vara en hyfsad representant f\u00f6r dessa.<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nExperimentet var enkelt. Med h\u00e5lslag stansade vi ut sm\u00e5 rundlar av murgr\u00f6nel\u00f6v. Dessa s\u00e4nktes ned i vatten med en liten gnutta diskmedel f\u00f6r att avl\u00e4gsna ytsp\u00e4nningen. Men en vanlig medicinspruta skapade vi lite vacuum f\u00f6r att avl\u00e4gsna luft fr\u00e5n bladens yta, (annars flyter de) varefter de sj\u00f6nk till botten.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nI tre m\u00e4tglas hade vi tio rundlar var. Dessa l\u00e4ts sedan belysas med tre lampor. En &#8221;varmvit&#8221; LED-lampa, en &#8221;IKEA v\u00e4xtbelysning&#8221; samt en billig kinesisk grunka med bl\u00e5tt och r\u00f6tt ljus, n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 infrar\u00f6da och ett f\u00e5tal ultravioletta. (Kamerans filter klarar inte av att avl\u00e4gsna det infrar\u00f6da och det bl\u00e5a ljuset helt vilket g\u00f6r att vi kan se dessa med kameran men inte med \u00f6gat. 2. En v\u00e4xtlampa fr\u00e5n IKEA. 3. En vanlig &#8221;mysbelysning&#8221;.<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nN\u00e4r lamporna t\u00e4ndes b\u00f6rjade de fotosyntetisera. Efter c:a 7 minuter kom rundlarna i glaset under den billiga kinesiska lampan att b\u00f6rja cirkulera efter att det bildats syrebubblor p\u00e5 dess yta och efter ett tag fl\u00f6t de upp permanent. Efter ytterligare tv\u00e5 minuter kom IKEA-lampan att g\u00f6ra sitt. Efter 14 minuter var den varmvita LED-lampan i samma situation. De alla drar ungef\u00e4r lika m\u00e5nga watt.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nSer vi till klorofyllets f\u00e4rg \u00e4r det f\u00f6ga f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande eftersom b\u00e5de klorofyll A och klorofyll B \u00e4r tv\u00e5 molekyler som absorberar huvudsakligen i den bl\u00e5a och r\u00f6da delen av spektret. Det \u00e4r tack vare detta som det vi ser av klorofyllet \u00e4r ett \u00f6verskott av gr\u00f6nt och gult ljus.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>F\u00e4rg och spektra<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Ljuset fr\u00e5n dessa tre har analyserats med hj\u00e4lp av den lilla demokameran RSpec Explorer, och det fantastiska dataprogrammet med samma namn. Programmet har skapats av spektroskopientusiasten Tom Field. Mycket trevlit f\u00f6r \u00f6gat, men klart mindre effektivt f\u00f6r v\u00e4xten. \u00c4r det tillv\u00e4xt vi \u00e4r ute efter s\u00e5 ser du resultatet i mitten. Denna \u00e4r mer i det f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntade v\u00e5gl\u00e4ngdsspannet f\u00f6r standart-ljusslingorna fr\u00e5n t.ex. jula eller ikea, d\u00e4r ljusm\u00e4ngden f\u00f6r \u00f6gat \u00e4r prioriterat, som t.ex. garagebelysningar, etc. Resultatet \u00e4r \u00e4ven h\u00e4r nedsl\u00e5ende i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till v\u00e5rt klorofyll.<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nJag hoppas att denna lilla text har varit upplysande. I det l\u00e5nga loppet skulle jag allts\u00e5 utan att tveka v\u00e4lja att k\u00f6pa de r\u00f6dbl\u00e5a lamporna. Kanske inte de d\u00e4r med \u00f6ver hundra watt och kylfl\u00e4kt utan de enklare med kylfl\u00e4nsar i aluminium.
